It's realy just in the nether and you get their by command blocks and a subway system. It is a dead island/city map! I created the island in world painter, added a lot of the city, and put in an underground resistance. You wont download it and go on creative and just fly around. I am a perfectionist when it comes to minecraft and the city is extremely detailed and unlike GTA you can go in all the buildings.
